I am licensed in New York, Connecticut, Texas, and Arizona.

Through PSYPACT, I can offer video therapy in any of these states.
My specialty areas fall into three main categories:
Trauma Work
I am certified in multiple trauma-focused therapies (CPT, PE, EMDR) and will work with you to figure out how to best address and treat PTSD and trauma-related concerns.
Intergenerational Family Therapy
I invite adult children and parents to come together to discuss old wounds, set meaningful boundaries, and reconnect in a safe and non-judgmental space.
